Senior HR Executive

Human Resources Kuala Lumpur Full Time

Job Descriptions

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job portals (Jobstreet, LinkedIn), social media, headhunting, and networking to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
Act as a key partner to Heads of Department (HODs) to provide advice on hiring strategies, market availability, and workforce utilization.
Prepare all HR-related letters (confirmation, increment, warning, termination) and maintain accurate, confidential employee records.
Lead and coordinate the orientation and exit process to ensure a positive employee experience and operational readiness.
Ensure full compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act and data protection regulations while liaising with government authorities like LHDN and the Immigration Office.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including leave tracking, attendance monitoring, and processing business trip expense claims.

Job Requirements

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resource Development, or a related field of study.
At least 3 to 5 years of practical experience in recruitment, specifically within high-volume or fast-paced corporate environments.
Experience within the Information Technology (IT) sector is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
A comprehensive understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act, current payroll regulations, and contemporary HR best practices is essential for this role.
Capable of multitasking and managing projects independently with minimal supervision.
